The registration fee includes the excursion, welcome party, and formal reception.
LOC strongly recommends that you stay at one of the following three hotels on the night of the 24th.

Toyoko Inn Kumamoto Airport Hotel
This hotel has specially reserved about 30 rooms for EMSEV. However, to prevent general public reservations, they are not listed on the official website.
Guests should make a reservation by emailing 367_kumamoto@wm.toyoko-inn.com directly, stating their intention to attend EMSEV2026. Please also email Ms Yuko Takai at the same time.

The LOC will provide a bus to Tokai University Rinku Campus on the morning of the 25th. If you are staying elsewhere, you will have to arrange your own transportation to the venue by taxi at your own expense.
From August 25 to 27, the venue is downtown Kumamoto City, so please book hotels near the Kumamoto Castle area.
